Refund policy
All sales are final.
All products are made in limited quantities and are sold as described. We do not offer returns, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges under any circumstances except in the case of a verified defect or fulfillment error.
By placing an order with S2K Touring Club, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- You have reviewed the product description, sizing information, and pricing prior to checkout.
- You understand that all purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- You accept responsibility for the size, color, and product variant selected at checkout.
- You accept responsibility for the accuracy of the shipping address entered at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Change of mind
- Buyer’s remorse
- Shipping delays caused by carriers
- Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
- Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. Claims submitted after 48 hours may be denied. We reserve the right to request photo evidence and to determine, at our sole discretion, whether a replacement will be issued.
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes filed without first contacting us to attempt resolution may be considered fraudulent activity.
