Shipping policy

Pre-Order Processing

All items are currently offered as pre-orders.

Pre-order items are made to order after the pre-order window closes. Estimated production time is 3–6 weeks from the pre-order closing date.

Once production is complete, orders will ship within 3–5 business days.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Production timelines are estimates and may vary depending on manufacturing volume and material availability.

We currently ship within the United States only.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

United States: 3–7 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed once the package is in the carrier’s possession.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will require additional shipping payment to be resent.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

If a package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly. We will assist with tracking information if needed.
